South Mountain Sheep & Lamb uses Piedmont Custom Meats for all of their processing and packaging from start to finish. PCM is USDA-inspected facility and understands the importance of attention to detail when handling our products. Piedmont uses state-of-the-art roll stock vacuum seal machines and all packaging is weighed and farm labeled for ready presentation. Based on customer demands our farm can tailor your order to specific cuts of meat.
